New MINIs benefit from our Roadside Assistance cover for the first three years of ownership, while Approved Used MINIs are covered for a minimum of 12 months. 

Should you need support, our experienced multilingual staff are on hand to help 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. They’ll do all they can to help you on the phone and make sure you’re safe, sorted and back on the road as soon as possible.

We’ll also arrange assistance when a vehicle is immobilised – whether due to an electrical or mechanical breakdown, road traffic accident, lost keys, misfuelling, damage or destruction by fire, theft or vandalism.

After your cover expires, you’ll have the option to purchase an extension of your MINI Roadside Assistance policy for continued peace of mind. Speak to a member of our team for more information.
