The car has been in Glasgow for some time now and I am struggling to get an update on delivery to Bristol. As of tomorrow, this is going to start costing me money as I will be without a car. I have chased and emphasised the urgency!

Generally a great service, Alexander Gibbs in particular was very helpful A mark off as the pickup wasn't entirely smooth - no indication on where to go and initially I was brought the wrong package.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan and Jennifer at Mini Irvine from start to finish. We are now proud owners of a Countryman in British racing green and can't wait for Spring to start our Mini adventures. Thanks to all the staff at Mini Irvine.
