The car has been in Glasgow for some time now and I am struggling to get an update on delivery to Bristol. As of tomorrow, this is going to start costing me money as I will be without a car. I have chased and emphasised the urgency!

Had a lovely coffee and a chat with the charasmatic sales manager whilst the final details were sorted out. Laura was very helpful completing the handover and Rebecca was extremely helpful with the new tech in the car.

Picked up car - charging cable missing, all tyres at wrong pressure which we didn't know till we had driven home. No floor mats. Sat Nav map 8 years out of date.

When I questioned the cost to fix a software problem with an update I was told updates are cost items not covered by waranty or subscription. From the way the answer was given I new I was going to get no other answer from the member of staff dealing.
