Customer service from Rebecca was brilliant from start to finish. She was happy to answer all questions (before, during and after the sale), was very friendly and made me feel at ease during the entire process.

Never thought I'd say this but it is excellent. Coming from someone who loves gears petrol and diesel engines. Wasn't sure if electric but it's lovely als first time automatic with health problems now

Jennifer was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was specifically looking for a 5-door MINI, and she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. She kept me informed, answered all my questions.

Superb service. Fault with window. Car taking in same day at end of day and your staff member organised a courtacy car down next day. Car was fixed in 2 days. Cannot speak highly enough of her customer care and attention to detail.

We live on Arran which made things a bit more complicated with dropping off and picking up the car due to boats and weather. Brilliant service from Declan in Irvine. He's a credit to your company!
